Oversized, bound in 3/4 red leather and marble illustrated paper over boards; 5 raised bands on spine with gilt lettering; bw illustrated and mounted title page, 25 mounted bw and color plates. Text in German. Rich and elegant seating furniture with and without visible wooden parts in all styles. Fair (heavy wear to covers, title page is torn along bottom edge of border, pages 19 through the end have some light damp staining along bottom edge of borders, all plates are present and fairly clean and clear, handwritten number on rear of title page, bookplate inside front cover).
