Presenting a rationale for the value of movement to all humans, the book explains why and where movement-based approaches and activities may be used to combat daily stress and promote good mental and physical health. Chapters provide simple short and easy-to-use ideas and activities, drawing on the authors’ combined experience as teachers, coaches, facilitators and therapists.
