Reinvented

This "pearl of wisdom" is derived from my need to leave some tales about my life as a legacy for my family. It has become my story for anyone who may venture to read it with the assumption that some folks out there either share my spirit or will identify with a time in my life.

Bernice Schaefer is a psychologist and marriage and family therapist in West Hartford, Connecticut. Born in New York City, she spent many years acting, directing, and eventually teaching. In addition to her involvement in all aspects of the theater, she became a Certified Psychodramatist, an individual psychotherapy that is accomplished within a group. It engages guided dramatic action to explore problems. Bernice eventually received a Ph.D. in Psychology and has been in private practice for the last 37 years.
