Payment can made with Paypal, VISA or MC, EU bank transfer, German or Dutch bank transfer. Postage extra. Books can be returned within 14 days after receipt, if not as described or damaged if not in description. First time customers need to pay in advance, details will be sent upon request.

Shipping Terms
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. All books are packed carefully and protective in special book cartons. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 500 GR - 2 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. For books under 250 GR shipping costs are lower. Please note that priority mail is the only option, standard mail has been cancelled by the Dutch Postal Services on March 1, 2010.
