Rejection Sensitivity and Emotional Safety

Are you tired of being told you're "too sensitive"?

This gentle, trauma-informed guide is for anyone who’s been overwhelmed by small comments, a silence that felt too loud, or the ache of feeling misunderstood—especially if you live with ADHD, Autism, or intense emotional reactions.

Rejection Sensitivity & Emotional Safety offers compassionate insights into why perceived rejection can feel like a life-threatening event—and how to create a new kind of safety from the inside out. With real-life reflections, nervous system tools, and empowering prompts, this book helps you:

• Understand the link between RSD and your body’s survival mode
• Break the cycle of overworking, perfectionism, and people-pleasing
• Build emotional safety without shutting down who you are
• Set boundaries gently, without guilt or fear
• Reclaim your sensitivity as a strength—not a flaw

You don’t have to “toughen up.” You just need a place where your feelings make sense. This book is that place.
