--Saliha is a couple and family therapist, a consultant, and researcher in New York City. She is an Associate Professor of Marriage and Family Therapy at Mercy College, N.Y. She serves on the board of International Certificate in Collaborative-Dialogic Practices, on the advisory board of Taos Institute, and served on the board (2012-2017) of American Family Therapy Academy. For 20-plus years, she has consulted, designed and implemented play-based and dialogic change processes with organizational, community, family, learning, and research systems.
