About the Author

Tang Yipeng, a Ph.D. graduate from Hong Kong Polytechnic University, is currently an associate professor, master tutor, member of the Academy of Management, member of the Association of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP), member of the International Society of Chinese Management Research (IACMR), and project leader of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The main research field is organizational behavior, which has made outstanding contributions to the research of interpersonal interaction and employee innovation in the workplace.
