Either as a leader or as a church, it is important to explore the areas of concerns that warrants thinking, reflection, process, planning and strategy that will advance the work.
It’s near impossible for a leader to have all the intelligence needed to achieve the mission and vision of the church hence the reason why God will always bring people alongside to empower and assist the leadership into advancing their future.
Intelligence for a church leader is simply in his or her ability of the mind to comprehend, use thought and reasoning for problem solving, acquire knowledge and use it practically. Intelligence is important, but as a stand-alone tool for leadership, it lacks penetrating substance. For instance, someone can be intelligent, but awkward with relationships and lacking in self-mastery or character.
