1985. No Edition Remarks. 308 pages. International Archives of the History of Ideas 105. Yellow dust jacket over green cloth with gilt lettering. Pages are bright, with slight tanning to text block edges. Occasional thumb-marking and marginalia present throughout, with a few small nicks and rub marks along text block edge. Boards have light shelf-wear with minor corner bumping and slight crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean. Faint tanning to spine. Unclipped jacket has light surface wear, with small tears and creasing to spine ends, edges and corners. Slightly tanned, with liquid drops to all panels.
