The Reluctant Leaf: and why it's okay to be you

Using the image of a Maple leaf that doesn't want to change colors, and a new friend down below, "The Reluctant Leaf" tells the story of what it's like when you grow to know one way of life, then see that way slowly yet steadily change right before your eyes. Charming, and emotionally-stirring, this book uses accurate depictions of the creatures involved as researched by the author, with University Professors.

Marcus George presents this, his first published work, in dedication and as an homage to the struggles of his daughter Clover. He has had a fine career as a Licensed Massage Therapist and is currently back in school, working on his Master's in Family Counseling.
