About the Author

Edwin P. MacNicoll Jr. is a former president of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers who has worked as a realtor for more than fifty years. A renowned expert in historic valuation, he is the author and creator of the Introduction to Historic Appraising course and other historic real estate courses. A certified instructor and lecturer, MacNicoll became interested in writing late in life. His most recent work is the novel The Remarkable Orphan.
