Reprint of a pamphlet originally published in Annapolis, by Frederick Green, circa 1788. Octavo. 39pp. Unprinted gray wrappers. Front wrapper detached, some pages unopened at foredges and uncut at bottom edges with tears, thus good only. Hanson's intent was "to make clear the real object and purpose of government under the Federal Constitution.".
