The definitive French Pleiade Edition. In black cloth bindings with silver type and design motifs. Books in beautiful shape with sharp corners, clean interiors and tight bindings. Just previous owner's name and date to pages following ffeps. Book club stamps to bottom of rear boards near spines. Jackets in beautiful shape for this set with just a few nicks and a a few tint spots of edgewear. Slipcase previously split to one edge at top but now repaired with cloth tape/glue. Much shorter split to one of bottom edges with similar repair. A few other glue repairs to paper torn/peeling at edges - Fair.
