Renegade Mystic's Concise Instructions for Lucid Dreaming and the Out of Body Experience: A Companion to the First Edition of "Renegade Mystic: The . Freedom Through Consciousness Exploration"

[You might also consider the author's more recent book, Mind Sight II Telepathy Training for Neurotypicals.]

These concise instructions were originally intended for readers of the first edition of "Renegade Mystic: The Pursuit of Spiritual Freedom Through Consciousness Exploration," and have since been included in the second edition.

However, anybody interested in learning how to have Lucid Dreams and Out of Body Experiences (also known as astral projection or astral travel) will appreciate this set of step-by-step instructions and advice based on the author's personal experiences.

This book is brief and to the point, absent of any fluff, conversation, or anecdotes. Some of the techniques are universal, and found in many other books. However, the personal advice, which is difficult to find, is highly valuable to anyone serious about undertaking the training.

As always, McNamara's approach is free of dogma or unhelpful belief systems, preferring an evidence-based approach instead. The techniques in this book are those he successfully used himself to achieve and explore both lucid dreaming, and the out of body experience, also known as astral travel or astral projection.

For those who are interested in the deeper meaning of these experiences, as well as the profound effects on one's consciousness and direction in life, they might consider obtaining the second edition of "Renegade Mystic" instead. *For the Kindle version of this book, the easiest way to find it is to visit the author's page by clicking on his highlighted name.
