Lightly aged paper, else clean and unmarked. 27 pp. Further details given, and questions are always welcome. Scans can be made upon request. Comments: includes report, tabular statistics of disputed amounts by the War Dept. by town; Soldiers unaccounted for by town; Appendix A: of General Orders and Circulars. Appendix B: tabluar list by town of current enrollment (April 1867) of soldiers with categories listing "Liable to State Duty; Exempt by State Laws" etc.
