ex NON circulating library, so no pocket, gentler use, and these markings: faded 3/4 paper circle on spine, April, 1873 accession plate inside front board, legal notice inside back board, 3/4 x1 red withdrawn stamp on rear flyleaf, 3/4 x 2 1/2 faded turquoise library name stamp sideways on title page. Red cloth, 297 pp, gilt letters on soiled spine, soiled boards, soiled text block top, spine top and bottom frayed, a little loss, hinges good, pages toned but not brittle, edges bumped, rubbed,18 x 18.5 inch folding map preceding index has NO tears, see photos. Very Good overall. *****. SINCE USPS NOW HAS FIRST CLASS (No book rate nor flat rate envelope) AS ITS CHEAPEST INTERNATIONAL METHOD, COSTS OUT OF USA! ARE PROBABLY PROHIBITIVE. (Also I apologize that the people trying to kill the post office (in order to privatize it) are now trying to destroy the government and all sanity.).
