Small folio (314 x 193 mm), modern binding of cloth back over paper-covered boards, paper label on upper cover, edges of text sprinkled red. In two parts, the first text, pp.369, the second comprising 36 numbered folding plans as called for, some 80 cms or more wide, lithographs with hand-colouring. The most important of these is map No. 25, showing the plan devised by John Martin as part of his interest in the development of Metropolitan utilities and facilities. Complete report and plans, generally in very good condition; the plans with some minor tears near the tabs, and wear to the right hand-margins, but never more than trivial.
