Comprehensive report into the R.H.A. and the Metropolitan School of Art particularly in relation to buildings, income, administration and the quality of the teachers. To assist the committee in their deliberations, they interviewed William Orpen, George Russell, George Moore, W.B. Yeats, Hugh Lane & Sir James Guthrie, President of the Royal Scottish Academy. Some of the observations particularly from Yeats, Orpen and Russell were blunt and quite trenchant. Very interesting report in view of the participants.
