There is light foxing throughout but there are no other markings or inscriptions, and the pages within are neat and complete. The binding is secure. JK. Hard Cover. Condition: Poor. No Jacket. First Edition. Report on field hospitals set up in South Africa to cater for the casualties from the Boer War.White papered spine and shoulders, and gren papered boards, 135 pages, Frontispiece group photograph of the Personnel at Rondebosch. Illustrated with 32 plates, all but one are photographic. 7.5 X 10.25 inches. Externally worn well rubbed to all edges, and also generally age soiled. Back strip missing from the spine, and front board consequently a bit loose. Inside appears to be all completeand in good order, Frontis tissue guard is torn frayed and browned, otherwise pages all fairly clean throughout. Seller Inventory # 008610
