Four volumes bound into two; complete in four volumes. 144pp, 424pp; 370pp, 414pp. In deep blue cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on spine. Speckled edges. Tall 8vo. Cloth a little worn, gently rubbed and rounded at corners and spine ends. Stamps and annotations on front endpapers of both volumes. Retains original covers, which have tanned slightly at edges. The 1972 Report of the Departmental Committee on Section 2 of the Official Secrets Act 1911, commonly known as the Franks Report, together with all the written evidence submitted to the Committee during its inquiry, and transcripts of oral evidence taken in volumes three and four.
