Witnesses giving evidence at Inquiry included Leader Williams, Engineer to Manchester Ship Canal, and questioners included Town Clerk of Liverpool. Author, Colonel Vivian Dering Majendie, was H.M. Chief Inspector of Explosives. Slight browning throughout and a few small nicks to margins, but item otherwise in good condition. Rebound in blue card covers.
