Good binding and cover. Shelfwear. Old markings to spine and pastedown have been mostly removed. Clean, unmarked pages. Important findings of Walker Commission, which was eventually used by Roosevelt to push the Panamanian route. In this report lies the origins of the American story of the great Panama canal.
