Underlining in pencil scattered throughout. Dampstaining to upper corner of pages 33 - 37 plus final blank leaf. Fold out maps are in excellent condition with only a few tiny areas of separation at some corner folds. Rusting to staples. Overall a good copy of an incredibly scarce report from the San Francisco City Engineer Marsden Manson regarding the reconstruction of San Francisco after the earthquake and fire of April 18, 1906. . Soft Cover. Good.
