Original colour illustrated wraps 22 x 28cm. (3), 56pp English and (3), 56pp Arabic, illustrated colour and b/w with photos, maps and charts throughout. Dated 15 April 1953 to Aramco Chair F.A. Davies' transmittal letter. Covers good only with patches of scuffing, interiors near fine. Davies' letter notes new high operating levels alongside a decline in the demand for Saudi oil and production without any direct reference to the Abadan Crisis, and he emphasises what Aramco is doing to improve the lot of its Saudi workers in terms of housing meals, medical care, recreation, wages, training, and encouragement given to Saudi contractors. He also reflects on the near completion of the Saudi Government Railroad, and increased distribution of Aramco products within the country. The main chapters cover petroleum operations; engineering, supply and transportation; the people of Aramco; health; industrial training; industrial community and agricultural development.

SHIPPING: Domestic and international shipping is tracked and insured with UPS. This has unfortunately meant an increase in domestic rates especially, and in most cases I am absorbing some of the increase. (I have moved away from Royal Mail owing to a series of problems).
DELIVERY DEADLINES: If you have a hard deadline for receipt that is before the processing time stated on Abe, eg, if you need it to arrive urgently before you travel or before a particular event, please contact me at the time of order to advise, so options can be discussed and steps taken to ensure it gets there in time.
RETURNS: Please return any items for refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and contact me first with the reason for the return to establish whether postal costs will be included in the refund. If the item is not as described, I will cover the original and return post.
