Two volumes bound in one. 268p; 62p. Publishers paper covered boards. Recent paper re-casing with printed title label. Includes the appendix with the impeachment articles. Slightly irregular pagination. First edition with untrimmed edges. Unfortunately defective. Lacks pp197-204. Text fresh with occasional soiling. Appendix with small open tear in one leaf, paper flaw to another affecting text. Mild rubbing to the original boards. Old booksellers notations in pencil on the inside front board. Despite its defect, a good copy in the original boards. Sabin 12204.
