For shipping domestic orders (including territories and APO/FPO) we use U.S. Postal Service Media Mail/Book Rate (S&H): $ 3.90 for the 1st book, thereafter $1.50/book (please be aware that Media Mail is the slowest method provided by the USPS and shipments can take up to 4 or 5 weeks (usually however within 7 working days). Hawai orders will take 21-36 days to arrive with free shipping. If you are interested in a faster delivery choose the express option. Orders from Alaska can't meet the current shipping speed deadline (normally it takes 3 weeks or more to ship an item from the continental USA). If a buyer from Alaska or Hawai wants the item sooner they have to choose the priority option.
