n.d.; ca early 1900's; light brown publisher's cloth; lettering blocked in gilt on spine; intricate design with "Oxford Edition" stamped in black on front cover; hinges tight; floral end papers; 316 pages followed by four pages of publisher's ads; odd publishing error with author's surname erroneously printed as RAY on title page yet correctly shown as 'Grey' on spine; Maxwell Grey was a psedonym for author Mary Gleed Tuttiett (1846 - 1923); light age toning to pages.
