The introduction for this 1973 edition is by W H Hutchinson who was Professor of History at Chico State University in Butte County. BINDING/CONDITION: black binding with bright gilt text and decoration; a Very Good book, with a Very Good dust jacket. Mustard colored endpapers. small 4to (10.75 inches tall). 305 pages.
