The booklet is organized by subject or key political point which are the general goals and achievements of the Republican Party, the presidential administration, tariffs, reciprocity, the Silver Question, the 51st Congress, African-American voting rights in the South, the ballot, the Labor Question, Civil Service Reform and the Independents, Pensions, the U.S. Navy, agriculture, foreign policy, and personal characteristics of Benjamin Harrison, the incumbent president, and James G.
