About the Author

Dr.SHEEJA SR is currently Assistant professor in the Institute of Distance Education, University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, India. She completed Ph.D in Economics from the University of Kerala with Junior Research Fellowship of UGC. Economics of R&D, Technological Innovations,Open and Distance Learning (ODL) are her areas of interest.
