由于知识产权法的内容与社会进步、经济发展、技术革新联系密切，因此，知识产权法律的修订也接踵而至，知识产权法完善过程中的学术前沿问题便值得我们予以关注。本书是由侯志君老师及叶修文老师在课余指导玉林师范学院2016级与2018级的法学同学的论文汇编而成，在论文撰写之初，就知识产权刑事问题搜集了大量的数据，对知识产权刑事前沿性问题进行讨论，随后发现在民事方面也有较大的探讨空间。
在本论文集的编撰得到了叶修文老师的鼎力相助，并且是各位同学共同努力的结晶，在此对他们一一表示由衷的谢意，并在玉林师范学院项目编号：202010606004资助下完成。
本书是由玉林师范学院法学专业侯志君及叶修文老师在课余指导法学2016级与2018级的论文而成，此书编写目的：一是激励学生认真向学，做实在的学问，出更多更优秀的成果；二是给在校学生树立一个看得见、摸得着的标杆，努力把自己培养成为一个优秀的人。由于作者认识水平和眼界所限，书中某些观点是作者一家之说，未必完全正确。本书不足之处，恳请提出批评。
