He is an adjunct professor at Olympic College and a recent member of a consultant group on aspects of non-sampling errors in surveys for an agency of the federal government. Dr. McNabb has served as Director of Communications for a caucus of the Washington House of Representatives and as Director of Economic Development for the city of Fullerton, California. He has authored ten books and more than one hundred articles and conference papers.
