A 705 page work with an index and a glossary of building terms. Five sections, 28 chapters and five appendices. There is wear at the head and tail of the spine and creasing on the spine. The outer edges of the front cover are curled as well as a number of subsequent pages. The first four pages have two diagional creases that cover much of the bottom half of the pages. This book is not in collectible condition but it is in highly serviceable condition. Available for immediate shipment, carefully packed in a sturdy box!
