About the Authors
<p>Ryan T. Hartwig currently serves as provost and vice president of academic affairs at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, California. He is also the author of <em>Teams That Thrive</em> (with Warren Bird) and <em>Leading Small Groups That Thrive</em>.</p>
<p>Léonce B. Crump Jr. is the founder and senior pastor of Renovation Church in Atlanta, a member of the Acts 29 church-planting network. A former NFL football player, he is also the author of <em>Renovate</em>.</p>
<p>Warren Bird is research director for Leadership Network and has authored or coauthored over twenty books for ministry leaders, including <em>Teams That Thrive</em> (with Ryan T. Hartwig).</p>
<p>Tod Bolsinger is the founder and principal at AE Sloan Leadership Inc., the executive director of the DePree Center Church Leadership Institute, and associate professor of leadership formation at Fuller Seminary. He is the author of <em>Canoeing the Mountains</em> and <em>Tempered Resilience</em>. Tod and his wife, Beth, split their time between Pasadena, California, and Ketchum, Idaho.</p>
