Hi, Mark Hudson author here; investigation interviews are an art form, many do not understand this; it was the driving force for me to write- A Retail Investigator!

Also I have observed very good managers and incredibly bad, not to mention the morally bankrupt ones! All the things that a"good" manager seems to do, does not really come natural, you must practice, have self-awareness, and be courageous.

This book is all true, I have been told it is entertaining but there are many lessons inside as well.
