Cost-effectiveness of the loss prevention effort within your retail outlet is emphasised throughout the book. After all, it's of no benefit to save assets in one area if you are going to waste them on ineffective or non-essential security measures. The book is written in an easy to follow style for readers of all levels of retail security experience. It is especially useful for retail managers who, although not security managers, are required to develop loss prevention and profit protection strategies for their locations.
