Dan Stanley is a retired award-winning senior Army commando, a key decision maker in a multi-million-pound service business and a former national sporting champion in indoor rowing. He is also an expert in men's development and performance. After the birth of his first child, Dan experienced a midlife crisis. His life situation forced him to accept his failings as a man and become a better version of himself. He embarked on a journey of introspection, personal growth and deliberate action to become an emotionally aware yet resilient and assertive man. His journey was turbulent but transformative; he turned his midlife crisis into a midlife transformation.Years later, leveraging his own experience, Dan founded BetterMen, a coaching practice working exclusively with men. In this role, he has coached hundreds of clients, helping them improve their wellbeing, relationships and lives.
