Dr. Sullivan, a noted author, speaker, and internationally recognized visionary currently serves as a Professor and Head of the Human Resource Program at San Francisco State University.  During a year-long break from the university Dr. Sullivan was asked to serve as the Chief Talent Officer of Agilent Technologies, a position where he managed the US recruiting, workforce planning, and retention strategies for the 43,000 employee organization.  He is the founder, and an active board member of the California Strategic Human Resource Partnership, a consortium of 33 leading Senior Vice Presidents of HR from Fortune 500 firms.  In addition to these roles, Dr Sullivan has served as the CEO of a start-up, Research Manager, and Director of Corporate Training.  In his 30+ years of experience guiding management, Dr. Sullivan has trained over 1,500 international managers throughout the United States, China, Australia, Canada and Europe.
