This 1942 book is in good condition. Clean cover, pages and text with tight binding. It has rough cut pages. There is very little foxing. The cover has a couple water marks but they do not go through to the inside. The dust jacket is included, folded in the back of the book. It is in poor condition with water stains. Story of her escape from the Nazi invaders of her homeland in 1940; and discusses the world situation as she saw it on her journey to safety in the United States.
