Addison Collins spent her summers vacationing at her family's beach house in Pebble Beach; a small, coastal town on Vancouver Island where she met her teenage crush, Liam Tremblay, fifteen years ago. Their days were filled with beach volleyball, music, and bomb fires, while sneaking in alone time, knowing their attraction to each other was just a summer fling. She was never bothered by his obsession with hockey or the fact that he couldn't commit to her, but he would never forgive himself for telling her he didn't want a long-distance relationship.
