1853. Disbound. [Arterial Drainage (Ireland). Return to an order of the Honourable The House of Commons, dated 23 December 1852; - for, A Continuation ?of Parliamentary Paper, No. 186, relative to Arterial Drainage (Ireland), presented 23d March 1852, to the present Date,? 23d December 1852. (I) Return ?of all Works which have been commenced in Ireland uinder the Acts for Arterial Drainage, together with the Date in each Case of the original Application from the Party or Parties interested: also, where an Estimate was prepared of the Cost of the Preliminary Survey, The Date when the Estimate was furnished to the Parties interested; also, where the Amount required for the Preliminary Survey and Estimate was subscribed, the Date the Amount was received by the Board of Works: also, the Date of the Completion of the Survey and detailed Estimate in each Case; and the Date when the full Assents were received; and also the Date when the Works were actually commenced; in each case where the Work has actually been finished, and the Award made, the Amount of the original Estimate, and the Amount actually expended; but where unfinished, the Amount of the original Estimate, and the Amount actually expended to the present Date; and also a full Estimate of the Amount which will be required for the Completion of the Work:? (II) ?Of all Cases, if any, in which there has been a Departure from the Original Plan submitted to the Parties interested, and approved of by them, and in which the Assent of the Parties interested to the Plan was not obtained previous to its being put into execution; also; all Cases, if any, where a larger Area has been included in the Operations than was originally comprised in the Survey and Estimate assented to by the Parties interested; distinguishing the Cases, if any, in which a larger outlay has been made than otherwise would have been consistent with the Act of Parliament:?
