In his reign of terror heslew the former Bishop, kidnapped, raped and slain more than forty youngBlack girls brought to him by a cadre of quasi nuns who also panhandled. Hehas a sense of being God’s instrument and doing His will, of being infallible,self righteous. Those he has slain were dismembered and their bodies burned.Over the years he has been arrested a number of times for minor offenses.Th is serial killer was brought to justice through dedicated police work and anumber of fortunate events. He has been convicted of four homicides and is,at present serving consecutive life sentences in upstate New York."
About the Author: Roger Zimmermann, has lived through the events described in The Reverend. He is a retired Detective Squad Commander in the New York City Police Department. He has been a patrol officer, sergeant and detective squad command in underprivileged communities. He has a doctorate in Education, a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice disciplines. He is a court certified expert witness in police operations, a college professor and has been the Director of Police and Corrections education and training facilities as well as a member of the Criminal Justice Commission in the State of Florida. He has written monographs, articles, movie scripts and treatises published in law enforcement publications.
