About the Author: The Author: Christopher R. J. Holmes is Assistant Professor of Systematic Theology and Ethics at Providence Theological Seminary, Otterburne, Manitoba, Canada. He received his M.Rel. and Th.D. in systematic theology from Wycliffe College, University of Toronto, and has published articles in the Toronto Journal of Theology and the International Journal of Systematic Theology.
