Unter Konstantin ist die revocatio in servitutem als Rechtsfolge der actio ingrati im 4. Jahrhundert in C.6.7.2 pr. �berliefert – der Rechtszustand davor ist unklar. Kann von einer Freiheit unter dem Damoklesschwert gesprochen werden?

Denise Roth studierte Rechtswissenschaften in Frankfurt am Main und Mailand. Neben dem juristischen Vorbereitungsdienst arbeitete sie an der Goethe-Universit�t und f�r das Max-Planck-Institut f�r europ�ische Rechtsgeschichte.

Sie promovierte neben ihrer T�tigkeit als Beamtin in der rheinland-pf�lzischen Landesverwaltung und einem Bundesministerium. Zudem ist sie ehrenamtliche Pr�ferin f�r die juristischen Staatsexamina in Rheinland-Pfalz.
