From the library of Federal Judge Samuel Sibley. 385 pages 23 cm. . . . . . . . . Revolution: Why, How, When? (1943) by Robert Hunter (1874?1942) is a 385-page historical and sociological study of political upheavals, published by Harper & Brothers (with later editions appearing under the Committee for Constitutional Government).
