Il foglio ospita due carte raffiguranti il Tirolo a sx. e le isole del golfo del Quarnaro, l'intera Istria e l'entroterra compresa Goriza a dx. Si trovano in "Ortelius A. - Theatrum Orbis Terrarum. Additamen I". La prima può considerarsi una derivazione della carta realizzata dallo stesso autore nel 1561 per il "Typi chorographici Provinciarum Austriae". Un eccessivo senso di semplificazione che porta alla mescolanza di toponimi latini e tedeschi, la tendenza a privilegiare l'aspetto estetico alla resa precisa delle elevazioni montuose e dei corsi d'acqua, la mancata raffigurazione dei ghiacciai e l'imprecisa collocazione delle coperture vegetali che hanno piuttosto un ruolo decorativo non diminuiscono il valore della carta, fra le più antiche rappresentazioni del territorio tirolese.
