About the Authors

Mike Badger founded highly influential Liverpool guitar band The La’s (of ‘There She Goes’ fame). He founded the Viper record label, directed videos for assorted Britpop bands, and has a parallel career as a sculptor (his Tin Planet providing the cover image and name of Space’s album Tin Planet). Both his musical and sculpture work is in the Museum of Liverpool and he has exhibited several times at the Bluecoat as well as extensive international exhibitions.
