There is a small 1/2 inch diameter stain on the front cover, with light shelfwear to the edges and corners. A smaller brochure with floorplans and dimensions of various convention spaces at the hotel is bound in the center of the oblong format brochure. Color photographs. Staple-bound with stiff blue printed paper covers.
