Collector bookplate loosely affixed, first and last few pages browned and foxed, missing front free end paper, moderate foxing throughout, pages rough cut with browned edges, inner hinge cracking. During his career, Thomas was a professor at the Woman's Medical College of Baltimore and attended the Paris Peace Congress.
