Second edition, 62, (1) pp., bound in half cloth with pictorial boards. Wear on boards, age toning, few spots. Inside very good, one tear (3 cm) restored. Over all a good to very good copy of a scarce book. With illustrated endpapers, many framed illustrations in colour and illustrations and text in greyish light-brown. 23 x 18 cm. Ray (Rachel Alice) Garnett-Marshall (1891-1940) was the first wife of David Garnett and the sister of Frances Partridge (Bloomsbury-connection).
